Legal advocacy is provided for access and interconnection disputes caused by regulations regarding call origination and termination. Also, legal consulting about the points operators should pay attention to regarding consumer rights, protection of personal data, legal tapping, is provided.
Legal consulting and advocacy are provided for ICTA control mechanism in form of inspection, auditing or investigation.
Filing a lawsuit in administrative courts or in state council about administrative decisions of ICTA which has a negative effect over the operators is provided.
