He worked as an assistant of inspector at T.Emlak Bankası A.Ş., as an assistant of expert and expert on competition in Turkish Competition Authority, as a senior lawyer in an international law firm Denton’s Istanbul affiliate, as group manager, adviser of CRO and director of regulation and competition law in Turk Telekom Group. He represented Turkish Competition Authority in OECD Competition Group. He was the representative of Turkey at ICC Digital Economy Commission.
He has deep and expert level knowledge on regulation and competition fields such as competition law, electronic communication law, banking law, energy law and radio-tv law.
He is fluent on English and French.
He graduated from BA 1994, LL.M 2001 and PhD 2007: Ankara University Faculty of Law.
